DSO Third party report

We are authorized by Dubai Land Department  to do the Third Party report for Dubai Silicon Oasis authority and to calculate the Built-up area and FAR ( Floor Area Ratio ) calculations in the stage of the project design to get the building permit and in the complete construction stage to get the completion certificate from  DDA , we calculate the areas in Autocad format and prepare the report according to the Authority regulations.
